Unless other specified the limit is 50 a day. Nice fish it must be fun taking them on a bow. IN a lot of places it is good to shoot them because of how invasive they are. I want to get into the sport because it seems like it is fun, and I know a few people who wouldn't mind eatting some carp.

Hey brad, I think its time for you to get to struble and create a slaughter over there. The carp right now, are absolutely ridiculous. Should be EASIER THAN EASY to shoot as many as you did in the above pictures, probably within an hour lol. On the north side of the lake they are all up in the shallows, in the trees, spawning and splashing around, been out in my boat the last few days catching at least 3 everytime. Everytime I hook one, theres about 3 more following the hooked on all the way to the boat. Its just a giant dirt cloud on that whole side of the lake.

from what I've heard about eating carp is they are really greasy. I had a friend who shot one in the spillway of marsh creek, took it home and smoked it to eat, said it wasnt BAD, but wasnt good at the same time lol
I was over again last night from the shore, I could have shot the carp standing on the bank LOL, even after the cold front they were active as they are in the mid day heat.
