Fished blue marsh to day , where are the bass. Started at about 8:30 to12:00 ,not one hit used many lures senkos, rattle traps, tubes. Fished the no wake zone off 183 launch. Does any body know how to fish this place? Please let me know . Sign looking for help.  |

birdman, Blue Marsh can be a tough cookie to crack and I don't really fish the lake so I don't if I can help or not, I don't know how far into the spawn they are but I would think there is still some spawning activity and a lot of post spawn fish. I know there are some nice bass in Blue Marsh, so here goes. I would try a carolina rig with a 6" lizard, greenpumpkin, watermelon or black, those are the colors I have confidence in, nothing wrong with senkos and tubes, I would try dead sticking the senkos, the other thing I would try is night fishing, jig&pig, big worms, hula grub, and spinnerbait. I would also try the main lake and maybe half way into the creek arms. Like I said I don't know if this will help you or not but hope it helps and good luck.
