My club "Brandywine Bassmasters" adopted the lake 3 years ago and put in the dock as well as alot of porcupine cribs for fish habitat. These were constructed by the club and lowered in different locations thru out the lake with the help of the fish commision and there boat. The club is aware of the shallows at the launch area and are looking into dredging this area to accomodate the larger boats. This of course will have to be brought up to the commision and get there input. We plan on putting more porcubine cribs into the lake in the coming year. I fish Struble quite often and have already noticed a vast improvement in the quality of fish I have caught. Talking to some other locals the reports have been better than years past. Practicing catch and release on the bass population should start showing good results. Hope this informs those that were not aware of what our club in co-operation with the fish commision is doing at Struble.

Any info on the walleye catch in Struble Lake? Tried fishing crankbaits in 8-10 feet of water and bottom rigs 12-14 feet. Caught a couple crappie and perch but no walleye.
