Hi everyone I just recently got heavy back into Bass fishing and I head to Octararo quite often because I have had some great luck there this year. But I have recently gone there a few times to fish and the water level is down a few feet at least. Anyone know why that is? Is that common for most Pa lakes & Reservoirs this time of year? And when the water levels are a few feet lower can anyone please give me a few tips on how to fish those type conditions this time of year? I would greatly appreciate it. Last few times out trying new places my buddy and I have got skunked. Fishing everything from Plastics, spinners, squarebills, chatterbait, etc.

For octorara Chambers and Cvlle resivoir they all public water supply lakes also so lack of rain makes them lower than others
