rivers are up.... anyone know a good lake, particularly for fly fishing

You could try Scott's Run lake in French creek state park for trout, panfish and pickerel. I've personally caught trout there on the fly rod. Chambers lake in Hibernia county park can be good for fly-fishing panfish too
