Never fished nockamixon before. I was wondering if anyone on here would be willing to give me some tips on where to launch and general area to target. Not looking for anyone's spots or anything. Just general info. I will be taking my small boat ( fishing alone). 12' jon 3hp gas motor and bow mount trolling motor. Basically I don't want to have to motor extremely far. Thanks a lot, any help will come much appreciated.

try the Haythingy boat access, you can fish all day in that stretch between the overpass and the dam and not even start the gas motor. bass will relate to the grass and it gets thick.

no just bass and stripers, but there is a bait shop on your way to the lake off of Rt 309 stop in there. I have a contour map if that would help.. PM me with your email address.
