Brandywine Bassmasters held a club tournament on Sunday. Biggest bass was 6lb. 15oz. Key to catching fish was finding warm water back in the coves. Alot of small bass were caught but those weighed in were of good size. Lures of choice were rattletraps, spinnerbaits, and center hooked Zenkos. One small musky was caught and released. Launching from the main ramp was impossible so side gravel launch was used. I wonder how everybody would feel about a floating dock in that area. Thanks to the park guards for allowing us to park in restricted areas due to the traffic situation. Pray for rain.

4" senkos in green color, white and yellow spinnerbaits, and red shad rattletraps. Work the grass and look for the warmest water back in the cove areas. At this time of year you will more than likely catch more short fish, but hang on cause there is usually an early hog around. Good Luck
