Hey. Did anyone fish the weekend at Marsh Creek? How was it? Are the water levels up yet?

Fished all day on Saturday. The water was a lot warmer then I thought it would be. Certain coves were as warm as 55 degrees in the afternoon. I saw a lot of bass cruising around in the shallows but they were very spooky. I did get one good one. First fish I have caught since November. It was a 2 pound 8 ounce large mouth that I caught on a spinner bait off a log in about two foot of water. The water levels are still very low. I would say the lake is down over 5 feet from where it normally is during the summer. I still had to launch from the dirt ramp. Hopefully this will be one of the last cold fronts coming through and things will pick up.
