I hadn't fished Hopewell for years. We would usually go ice fishing there and have fun catching lots of Pike. Now that I live 10 minutes from Hopewell, I finally had the chance 2 weeks ago to put my boat in. I first caught some small bluegills then some crappies, using panish assassins. Then I saw a school of fish surfing behind me. I was down near the damn to the left in 12'. I made a cast in the middle of the fish surfacing and caught a Largemouth-10" After that, I decided I would do some bass fishing. I fish around the edge of drop offs and caught 6 more largemouths in an hour. I was fun. I was thinking it would be cool to catch some pike again. Couldnt find any. ANybody know where the pike are in the lake and if they are still there?
