I was at Hopewell yesterday afternoon, and the PFBC was there setting up about 10 huge nets in various areas of the lake. I'm guessing we'll see the results of their study some time in the near future, and it will be interesting to see. Fishing wise, I hooked a 24" pike on a small jig but the hook bent open and it came off on the way in.

I was there later in the day when they were taking the nets out after lunch. I talked with them for about 15 minutes while they were cleaning up. It was a panfish survey. They were studying the panfish in the lake because of the amount of fishing pressure on them.
