I took the wife down to the lower Susky and Flats Monday, couldn't buy a bite, let alone a fish! There were a few other boats out, but nobody stayed in one place too long. Do you know when they put the dock in above the WWD? My wife has MS, and I need a dock for here to get in and out of the boat. B/M docks aren't scheduled to go in until 4/15. Fished with my brother yesterday. Good Luck today!

Sorry Shellback, I have no clue when the put the docks in, shouldnt be long. As for the susky/flats I got a few cats and lost a good sized striper I hear that some other guys are also starting to pick a few biggins out. The shad bite hasnt really started yet. I hear there are faw white perch off the cliff with the eye. Should break loose any day there

The Flats should be starting soon with the water temps. I guess I'll find out next week.

I hit Blue Marsh last thurs (15th). Main lake was 48ish and bays up the big creeks were 52-54. Saw bait clumped up in the channels but didnt see any bass on em.
Fishin was slow. Had a handful of bites on plastics. I hooked two, got broke off both times. I found some semi active fish under laydowns over deep water. I seemed to only get bit on the windy side but there wasnt any obvious activity on the surface to suggest why.
Boat ran good and I fished hard. Beats workin!

It is where the Susquehana dumps into the Cheasepeake. Its called the Susquehana Flats. Loaded with bass, stripers, catfish, carp, perch. If it swims you can find it there
