Does anyone else fish Beltzville? I fish there more than any other lake but it is tough to figure out, at least for me.

My dad and I just fished Beltzville for the first time on Memorial day. Looking for bass. There was heavy boat traffic to say to the least. We launched by the dam and only had 3 hours to fish. We headed to Pohopoco Cove at the east end of the lake. The water was ultra clear, I though Marsh Creek was clear until I saw this, 10-12' visibility. We mainly targeted the abundant shoreline cover (trees, rocks, ledges) but we tried some deeper water as well. Total tally was a 10" Northern Pike, 2 keeper largemouth and a 10" Rock Bass all on spinners. We marked lots of good fish on the main point at the entrance to the cove but couldn't trigger them, they were in 25-30' of water.

Does anyone know if there are Lake Trout in Beltzville Dam? I have heard rumors but, not confirmed.
