Took my son and one of his buddies out for a few hours of fishing at a pond near the house. Pond is maybe five acres, but the bass in there are incredably nice for such a small body of water. The boys only used minnows caught from the stream that feeds the pond. I threw spinnerbaits and cranks and got the shunk, but the kids had a good time. Made the day fun. These bass are actually small for this pond. the catfish was a fun catch though.
