My dad has a house down there so I can go down whenever. I hope to get down 4 or 5 times. Gonna do some sika hunting thanksgiving weekend. That mud can be a little scary in the dark when your by yourself. Gonna shoot buffleheads off the dock. Big flocks swim and fly by all winter.

I found 2 great spots just over the maryland border about an hour and 15 minutes. They are public but you have to reserve a blind so it can't get crowded.

heres the 2 public spots close by where you have to get a permit and reserve a blind to hunt it. The second one is only 2 foot deep all the way across and full of grasses.

is it a club or a WMA? looks bad ass for some puddlers maybe a little diver action. im gonna try and get a hunt or two in up at Middlecreek for ducks, probably later in the season when there are some more species and less people.

wma. I like that you have to reserve a blind. I wish PA did that. Public land at middle creek? I thought it was only geese with a permit.
