Fished the lake today from 6:00am to 2:00pm. Great day bass fishing. Lost count at 20... a couple good ones too around 4lbs. Started off real slow. When I got to the lake there was heavy fog and a good number of boats there already. The lake was dead calm... not a breeze. Bite did not turn on till around noon when the sun was straight up... then it was one fish after another. By that time almost all of the boats had left and I had the place to myself. Man is was hot but I'm glad I stayed. All the fish were caught of soft plastics... fished painfully slow. I tried topwater, spinner baits and crank baits without a bite. I can't give up the exact location because the lake is so small but I will say the water was 2 ft or less and watch your prop. What a nice little place to fish and lets keep it that way. Please practice catch and release and be gentle when you do release the fish. I see many dead fish floating around there.
