Hit Chambers for about 4 hours yesterday, targeting crappie. Probably caught about 16 or so, with only 3 making the minimum of 9 inches. All were returned to the water. Also caught a couple bass too. Water temp was about 60 degrees and they were all caught on minnows in the shallows. There's gotta be some bigger ones in there which I'm figuring are still deep. I was going to spend some time with my fish finder searching for them, but the wind wasn't cooperating. Only a couple other boats on the water.

We were there in the PM. My son caught a 4 1/2 Lb LGmouth which we weighed, photod and quickly released. I caught one over 2Lbs and a few smaller ones.
I caught a 23 1/2" Chain Pickerel on a Rapala. Was so big we thought it was a Musky at first.
I was a little bummed out because the camera wouldn't work with the Pickerel and even though I hooked it well she started bleeding and wanted to get her back. Turned out some of the blood was from me (gill plates really are sharp ;D) She seemed OK when she swam off.
