First skim ice on upper end this morning! Most of the water was skimmed over above the bridge and some also on the main lake side.

couple guys ice fishing marsh creek a couple hundred yards from the bridge. Can't be very safe. Most of the lake is open water. Only the coves are frozen and even they have open spots.

I saw 7 guys out there. I don't know if the ice is very thick and I couldn't find any cars or footprints. I don't know how they got out there. Anyone here out there today?

I was probably one of the 7 guys you saw. Good 4-5 inches of ice where i was. We didn't do to bad but really had to work for them Big Perch . Small blue gills were everywhere.

I was on the area that I call the bridge arm. You can get access to it from the development turn around. Just don't walk through anybody's yard. Also one older fella came onto the ice from chalfont road he walked the shoreline to good ice and came out to where we were. I'd be very careful getting on that way, lot of new ice. I believe I worked the ice out toward the main lake further then any else has so far. And still had a good 4" where I stopped. With the snow on the ice didn't want to take to much of a chance.

Tough day but still managed enough for supper. Has anyone been in the swimming pool cove yet? Like to hit it tomorrow but don't like being in that cove alone never know what might happen. Should be able to get on some crappie back there.

I was out from 9-3. Were you the guy with the black sled and chair? When you moved out by the guy in the blue shanty thats when i got into the few crappies i caught. Figured you caught something there you punched a few holes in that area. You walked right over where I caught everything else when you went to your first spot.
