Is it necessary to do anything with bilge pumps or live wells & pumps over the winter? It's for a 14' vee hull that will be outside over the winter. Batteries, outboard & trolling motor will be in a semi-heated garage (over 50 degrees). Anything else I should be thinking about?

Just make sure you take your drain plug out. Some pumps are located where if you get an inch or two of water in your boat and it freezes it could crack your pump. Not uncommon for water to find its way into a covered boat outside. Melting snow on a cover can slowly drip into your boat through the tinest of holes or just an old cover. Know a lot of guys that were surprised when they took their covers off in the spring.
