I saw there have been a few fishing reports posted in here. I also took a drive over to chambers Sunday after fishing at Marsh Creek. I was surprised to see the lot was full. Probably about 5-8 boat trailers and maybe 20 additional cars. According to the chester county park site the park is closed "including waterways". www.chesco.org/178/Parks I'm just trying to see if anyone has talked to or seen any rangers while there, and have gotten the "ok" or if everyone is just taking their chances and assuming it's fine to be there?

It's open for fishing. Been there several times, no problem.

I live close by and have been fishing it regularly. Way more pressure than usual and the fishing is also less consistent. The weather refuses to stay warm and this week will be more of the same. I've had a couple nice days on pan fish but yesterday was super tough. Only caught two crappie in several outings; normally they would be more accessible for shore fishermen by now.

Thank you for the info. I only live about 5min away but thought it was closed. Theres definitely been a lot more pressure everywhere with people going out throughout the week when they normally would be at work. The weather looks like it should be heading for the better come the end of the month. I'd be happy if there just wasn't as much wind.
