The trout have been stocked. Seen a few swimming around after comming out of the hose. Average size about 8 to 14 inch..One was placed in the lake using a net, so all could see. Was a 20" + fish.
Very windy. About 25/30mph. Shook me and the cell phone camera.
Mentored Youth Program on March 28* gets the first shot at it. Good luck kids.
Reqular season opens April 4 at 8 am. Good luck to all.

you will still be asked to get off lakes, as wardens are kicking people off lakes in SEPA area.

Drove by Scotts Run Lake & Hopewell on April 28th around 1 pm.
Scotts Run is being fished very heavily. Only place left to park, down at the very end. Only 1 kid wearing a mask.
Hopewell had 2 people fishing from the bank. No boats seen. Many people just hanging out on a beautiful sunny day. No masks seen.
There were 4 college age ladies sharing one side of a picnic bench. Got to love spring.

This park has become a zoo, I went out there over weekend and turned around as soon as I saw crowds. Like freaking 4th of July out there. No thanks.
