After all the doom and gloom for snow by the forecasters yesterday, we dodged the bullet. Looks like a cold stretch us upon us for a while. Hope to get out today if the is wind manageable.

I think I'm going tomorrow as well high of 29 and sunny 10-15 mph wind. Sounds like a good day. I'm the guy out there with blue coat and eagles hat. Stop by and say hi.

New to this board and id like to thank all members already for what ive already learned. Usually fish salt water but just getting re introduced to the hardwater. Fish a lot of fresh water in spring but once things get going, im in the salt. Fished up in the poconos last week. Thinking im going to hit the lake tomorrow, dont have any partners in crime, and for safety reasons, just hoping to see some members on the ice

16 degrees and windy, anyone going out today? I'm thinking Marsh Creek if the gate is open. Struble with this wind might be a challenge, yesterday was tough and it was a tad warmer than today.

after being in that wind yesterday,,,im a little gun shy about today, just let the dog out and I see its blowing again,,,might not be that bad at MC if the ice is ok,,,fishy,,if your going to struble the ice up there is plenty thick,,,but the wind really hawks up there,,,if you have a shelter,,,take it.

Went to Marsh Creek today, 2 guys were out there, I couldn't get myself to go out when I seen the wind blowing snow across the ice, just like panfishin, yesterday left me wind whipped. The gate at Chalfont Road is open but be real careful, the road is a sheet of ice I barely made it back up from the turn around parking lot, had to do it in 4 wheel drive. Back out tomorrow when the wind dies off.

Had a nice ....and very windy.....afternoon at Struble. Started of pretty good but then the bite died and didn't turn back on until just before dark. Took home a few crappies, gills, and one nice perch. Lots of sniffers but couldn't entice them to bite. I should be out saturday and sunday.

I saw you guys out there Tuesday afternoon. I was pheasant hunting down near the dam. It was blowing pretty hard. Wasn't bad walking around but looked brutal out on that ice.
