Rain gear on, rain gear off, rain gear on, rain gear off... you get the idea....
I fished from around 6:30 am until 1:30pm. Got 5, largest one a killer 14". All the fish were caught on the big point to the right of the Lyndell ramp and the small cove when heading towards the dam. 4 bit a 7" t-rigged red shad Culprit worm and the fifth came on a chatterbait. All but the Chatterbait fish were caught on the outside weed edges, 10-12 feet or so.

Back at you did no good with all wind and a 30lb trollmotor am in the need of something bigger as you know dead in the wind did talk to park ranger who said if need us gas motor on slow speed to get in got to dry out hope see again good luck Doyle
