Fished early this morning. The water color was stained and the fish that I caught were very tight on the bank. Overall the fishing was decent. 6 bass in two hours.

Nice count for 2 hours. Was same for us @ Marsh yesterday, fish were 6" off the banks. The water just look like stirred up green with some pollen aaron? Was the place crowding up when you were leaving or not too bad? Debating where to go tommorrow.

It was "crowded" for Lake Hopewell. I was on the water at 6am and there was one other boat. By 8am I counted 6 boats which is more traffic than usual. There was still plenty of room to fish though.
In answer to your question...yes it did look stirred up and it could have been because of the pollen. The first hour I didn't get too many bites because it took a little while to find a color that worked. A dark yellow jig (not quite orange) ended up working well.
On another topic...does anyone know where you can buy that dark yellow or black jigs? I only had a few in the tackle box.
