When we think of the Coast Guard we think of air to sea rescues, big cuutters seaehing for lost trawlers off the Canynons. Well they were at Chambers Lake on Sunday doing courtsey inspections. I for one were glad they were there, I passed. Seen too many Bozo's that do not have a clue as to what is required of them as boaters. Sometimes, it is a hassle, but to make that one person seaworhty. Who we might have tow or pull out out of the water it is worht it.

well either a canoe or a 50ft cruiser it only takes one stupid act of goofing off or a mistake of not knowing to cause serious injury or death to you or someone else so maybe you should not take it so lightly thats why people with that attitude shouldn't be able to navigate any watercraft

I see them at Blue Marsh pretty regularly. Good idea to inspect all watercraft. As stated above, I for one do not want to be injured or killed by someone who doesn't know how to operate a boat safely. Almost got run over at Blue Marsh last year by a guy who was running hie 25ft+ boat at just below plane. Almost ran right over my 18ft Tracker becuse he couldn't see over the bow.
