Fished chambers for a couple hours last night after the storm. Caught a boatload of short bass, nothing bigger than 12" but had a blast catching them. Everything was tucked up on the shoreline, caught everything on 3" stickbaits.
Also wanted to note that there was some knucklehead there who put in right at the same time we did and as we made our way around, we noticed him (bout an hour later) making a rather large wake heading back in. Here he had fired up his outboard and was heading back to the ramp.
I understand the 'emergency need' if your battery dies, but killing a battery in under an hour? thats just poor planning IMO, and ALSO the fact that I've seen the exact same guy do the same thing at struble leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I didnt have the number to the park or I would have called, but just for future reference, hes driving a white work van, has a glass boat and the few times I've seen him he has a little white dog along with.

If you guys experience problems such as use of motors on Chambers Lake please do not call the office. We end up getting the information too late to handle the situation. Your best bet is to call Chester County Radio Room at 610-383-7000 which is the non emergency number to report this type of activity or in the event of a emergency Dial 911. Either the Park Rangers, WCO's or Police will be dispatched to handle the problem. All of us work together to protect this great asset to the county.
