7Am-1PM Water Temp mid-to-upper 70's. Upper lake was pretty crowded, but we found bass in lots of places we never really had luck in before. Probably because we usually fish afternoon-evening. They started off small and until about the 10th one they kept getting bigger every fish. We caught 3 that would be legal size and then they started getting smaller again. Soft plastics, crankbaits and lipless cranks caught most. Son even caught a really nice size Perch. People panfishing looked to be having a fantastic day. Topped the day of by seeing a youngster catch his first fish by the dock. I think his dad was a bit more excited than he was and people in the nearby community probably heard about it too
