Just got back from the outdoor show at Valley Forge. Went to the show in Reading yesterday also. Reading show was pretty good, picked up a lot of info on trips and fishing packages. Bought some new buzz baits and a Shimano reel. I wasn't very impressed with the Valley Forge show. Not many vendors or items for sale. The one bright spot was Matt and the guys from MI50. Good seminar on muskys presented by Matt. They were raffling off musky rods and reels and guided trips with some their members. Donated for the musky stocking program also. I am glad to see that they are working to improve the musky fishery in Marsh Creek by stocking the 16" fingerlings. 700 last year alone I think. Kudos MI50!! Thanks.

I made it to both shows. I agree that the Valley Forge show is a dink, but it is young. We, the local sportsmen, need to support it so it will grow. In a few years we could have a Lunker show right in our back yard.
Hope they schedule on a different weekend than the Reading show next year.
