deer butchering is getting expensive. I think I'll do it myself next year. In the mean time does anyone know of any cheap butchers. It cost me 80 bucks for basic cuts at hershey. I'll make sure to skin the next one.

I started doing my own three years ago. At that time I was paying $60-$65 in Delaware County and I even went out to Montgomery County. Unless you go upstate, I think that's about the going rate.I lent my video out last year. I'll try to get it back so you can take a look.

Not sure if they still do it, but stoltzfus IGA in honey brook I thought did butchering, not sure what their prices are like though

Forestas in Phoenixville/ Kimberton butchers, im not sure what the prices are like, because i butcher my own deer, and i think if you can get it cut up into quarter Kolbs in Spring city will make whatever you want out of it, they are pretty reasonable.

thanks. I think I'm gonna take my next deer to forestas for the hunters sharing the harvest program. My freezers full and I have a sika deer hunt in maryland coming up.
