Hello,
I live in Chester Springs, PA and I'm looking for places to fish for large mouth bass/small mouth bass within 45 minutes of Chester Springs. I do not have a boat or kayak, so I fish on the bank. I really like fishing ponds, public golf courses with ponds, small lakes with structure, so you can see what I'm looking for. I know about Marsh Creek, Struble, Chambers, French Creek.
Thank you in advance and appreciate it!

I'm near your next of woods and in my experience there isn't much besides parks listed. Plenty of ponds around but you will have to go knock and ask to fish. and the few ponds in chester springs I know of are heavily posted 'no fishing'. The golf courses you are limited to at night but then again you are trespassing.

Any little township parks have ponds ? I had two over here in Berks ... sadly they were both filled in a few years ago.

There is some good fishing to be had in the Brandywine Creek along it's whole length from Glenmoore along Rt 282 all the way into Downingtown. You will need to wade, but the scenery is beautiful and the fish are willing although you will have to put in your work to find them.
