Drove by Struble, Marsh Creek Lydell side, and Chambers lake yesterday. Neither Struble or Marsh Creek had any signs posted about the ramps being closed. There was one trailer at Marsh Creek. At the entrance to the Struble parking lot there was a sign saying all Chester cty parks are closed, but nothing indicating the ramp was closed. In fact the dock was in, and it wasn't a couple weeks ago. The Gov order allows walking, hiking and bike riding for outdoor recreation, can't see why boating wouldn't be allowed? Also Blue Marsh lake ramps are open according to Army Corps website. Wish there was a definitive directive on boating. Can't see how fishing by yourself wouldn't be self isolating. I'm 72 y/o and the wife has MS, so I doubt I'd try and fish anyhow, but it would be nice if the folks in charge of the ramps would post if it's open to fish or not.

There have been no restrictions on fishing as far as I've seen. I've had my boat up on Blue Marsh and there were 20 or 30 other trailers in the parking lots. No issues coming or going. Go fishing, it's outdoor recreation.
