I would love to take my 71 year old father but there is no way he is casting 100 times.

Hello I apologize about the delayed response, I was unaware of some of the prerequisites necessary to get my guiding license. I will be getting my CPR and First Aide certificate this winter. Which will allow me to get my guiding license for next year, I will begin taking people out next spring. Thank you for your interest jmmpitt83, I have no experience with fly fishing but would be happy to put you on some good spots if you would like to use your own tackle. We would have to do some research into what kind of leader you would need to not get bit off.

In order to guide someone fishing for a "fee" in Pa you must be a licensed guide through the Pa Fish and Game commission. Certain criteria must be met and a guide fee paid.

To thehammer0711 we could use shiners from Gordon's for bass, but it is very unlikely to get any attention from Muskies. I do Have a light set up that I use with a smaller single blade bucktail that is very castable. I have caught many muskies and a few giant large mouth on this set up.

jmmpitt83 I would recommend a bait caster however I have spinning tackle as well. Have you looked at the website? I would be interested in what you think... Also I am going to be adjusting my pricing down. I am sorry if I got your hopes up about going out this fall, but i will honor a $50 discount off the new pricing in the spring for your patience.

blink I am now aware of all of criteria that need to be met, that is why I will be postponing any trips until the spring. Thank you for making sure I am following all of the guidelines laid out. I really do understand why they exist and look forward to keeping anglers, fish, and habitat safe

No offense to Marsh Creek Muskies but while you are keeping the fish safe you might want to consider that they are not a renewable resource at MC. A limited number of fish were stocked by a club not the fish commission and they do not reproduce in this area. While they are open to be pursued by anyone, the numbers will be quickly diminished with the added pressure of a guide service. South Eastern PA has two or three lakes that can even be called musky lakes. In my opinion it is no place for a guide service. I really think people are not thinking just how long it took for these fish to mature. When they are gone we are all watching cartoons on Saturday morning or driving to another state to fish.

marsh creek muskies..... since you plan on operating at a State Park... you may also check what permits/hoops that DNRC will require as well.

Hmmmmmmm... Unaware that you need a captain liscence and insurance to guide, and your rates are still more than a majority of the best musky charters in the nation...🤣🤣🤣😂😂
