Has anyone seen any clear water in july? Visibility has been less than a foot consistently. Is it better anywhere else?

Not likely to find clear water when the vegetation has been removed from a lake. It is natures filter. Remember every spring when the weeds are prevalent and the water is clear. You couldn't pay me to play in an algae bloom lake. Will they ever learn? I guess it will take some folks getting sick and dying before they just let nature be. That's not to mention that MC is the water reserve for a major city. As it's been said, we all live downstream!

Was out for a bit today and traveled from the bridge to the dam and never had more than 6 inches of visibility

Tx. Thought it was just me. Usually by now there are some excellent mats of grass to throw a frog in. Any lakes looking better?
