A foot or two high and the color of Yahoo drink. Bring something with rattles LOL. I haven't been over much I don't target bass during the spawn. My last trip was catching smallish crappie over by "graffiti bridge" 2 weeks ago. Been hitting Blue Marsh looking for hybrids and walleye - Failing so far. Did have a decent 40"ish musky follow my jerkbait but he ran out of water.

Thank You and good luck, Never fished Blue Marsh, it's a big busy lake? did fish Marsh Creek many times but never cought anything decent, a lot small fish,another busy lake. Fished Brigantine surf about 2 weeks ago, blues and sharks  Will keep trying. |

Ontelaunee might be clearing... we did not get the heavy rain yesterday... just a brief short shower.
Haven't been in the salt for a very long time. Brother in-law keeps mentioning trips but we never get together

You should make a trip one day, right now there is many different fish you can catch ( Striped Bass, Bluefish,Black drum,Sharks etc ) it's a good time to try, just don't wait too long summer is slow. I'll skip that long rt73 trip today,maybe next time. Thank's for the comeback Z

Well did you hit it ? Some nice ones(bass) posted on other sites.
As for the salt I don't really have gear for it(except back bay maybe). Brother-in law does but he's an hour and half the other way and only see them on some holidays

6/8 Absolutly Nothing, not even a bite,they must have been on some kind of strike? Tried different areas of lake, many people fishing but not much luck.East wind didn't help I'm sure. Will get them next time  |

I can't figure it out how to send an image. The area back near the Meeting House was expanded. They moved the "Restricted Area = No Entry" signs to the next fire lane closer to the caretakers office. Only about 75 yrds. from the parking area but it opens up that whole peninsula now... before it was sort of split in the middle. Thank's I'll try to explore that area next time we come up |

Thought I was going to get a report on the new area.... LOL. I haven't fished it much this year - need new waders(every time I get cash a new bill comes) plus it's tuff on my breathing problems to get to my spots...especially with the city blocking off parking !
