Just ordered a new auger. Got ice on the brain big time ! Looking forward to a great 2017 ice season. Anybody else feeling the itch?
Any predictions on the first safe ice locally?

im itching bad! Going to make the trek north Saturday to either gouldsboro or tobyhanna.. im thinking january locally.. if thursday and friday temps would have stayed steady for a week.. we would have be on the ice by next weekend for sure..

Don't forget the DNRC has depth maps for several state parks now - Locally - Marsh Creek + Memorial. Up north - Ricketts Glen(Lake Jean), Francis Slocum and Tobyhanna
