Heading to BM on Friday mid/late afternoon, will fish for a few hours. Actually want to do some boat testing too, so time will be split.
I'm thinking the fish would be deeper yet, maybe 12-15' range, and in the main pool to tributary transition area. Friday is forecast to be sunny.
Does this make sense? Or should I focus on other areas?
I know enough to confuse myself!

I'll be heading out there this weekend and I do not have my plan of attack figured out just yet. I'm wondering what the water temps are right now; that may dictate whether they are deep or moving shallow. My GUESS would be that they haven't started moving in at all yet. I'll be hitting the Tully arm of the lake and will certainly be probing the channel with my electronics (or looking for some rock that is holding some heat)

Was there today to run my boat before a trip to VA on Sunday. Water temp about 51 degrees. I wasn't fishing, but did mark fish in the 15 foot range.

Good advice as always, I will certainly follow that advice out on the lake this weekend! Hopefully I'll have a few stories to tell come Monday AM, haha!
