Caught 2 rainbows at west valley Sunday. Water was 38. Black and a red midge. Lost another halfway in and missed a few.

I figured that WVC was recently stocked judging by all of the cars that I saw parked alongside it last Sat and Sun.

I'm not sure I know what you mean. It's heavily stocked and I fish it all the time. Where is the camp?

I was fishing there with a guy that worked at Brandywine Outfitters and he pulled out a stream born brown, that was about 18 years ago. Wonder if there are any still there?

Possible. It gets real warm and low. I was there last sept I believe and it wasn't even moving in some sections. There was area where the stream wasn't connected. Would be cool though. I know a few parts of the other valley creek in frazer/malvern that has wild Browns. Many miles from valley forge. Really tough to fly fish being so small and tight.
