Lake was rough, dark color, wind was blowin hard, water temp. 53. Trolling for walleyes as it was really difficult to keep the boat from moving. Had a couple of bites but no catches. A few other boats out with 1 report that the guys were getting some small crappie. Gave up at noon.

Don't catch any please. Then I'll have to go try it. I'll have no choice. Ha. What kind of lures did you try?

I was using a bottom bouncer with a slow death hook on a leader, also a 4 mepps with a crawler. The Mepps has netted me 3 in the past.

I would love to know the lake level before weekend... that ramp is so flat I have a hard time getting in there. I usually get the boat in though and it is always worth it for Struble.
