Sure Brian...and I also have Taylor Swifts phone number that I will give you. I will put in a good word. Musky spot??? Getting very personal. LOL^....He is right. musky spots are very guarded. I will throw you a few bones. Large shiners, water less than 15' and be prepared to be disappointed cause catching muskies aint easy.

Found this site and board the other day while looking for ice reports and conditions for SE Pa lakes. Great source, so rather than snoop thought I would share. Fished Marsh today in the cove. Had a mix of Perch and Crappy. From 1-4. Left with a few keepers. Good action and not too cold. Hope it stays cold the rest of the week. Good luck!

Fished carpenters cove yesterday for about an hour late afternoon before the game. Plenty of ice in the cove and over the whole lower section of the lake. The main lake still has a good sized area of open water but other then that the ice seems to be good. Caught a few perch, gills, and crappie with one really nice perch. The fish were all very deep that i found. Its worth fishing if you don't mind a hike. Saw maybe a half dozen people off of chalfont as well.

Sure thing. The ice was about 8-9" thick in carpenters. I was very surprised. Ive been getting beat up by gills at struble the last couple weeks so i was ready for change as well. I've been thinking hard about getting out there later today but the thought of fishing in slop is really keeping me inside

I lied. I got out and went back to carpenters today from about 2-5pm. There was some pooling water on top of the ice in spots but it wasn't that bad out there. The fishing was really slow until the wind came in then the crappie bite was on. Hooked most of them about 4 to 5 feet off the bottom. Hard to see or even feel a hit with the wind the way it was. It was blowing so hard that the herron that was hawking me was knocked over right before my sled went end over end with my auger inside. I parked by the boat launch and walked down it and onto the ice and walked it to the cove. The ice in that whole area is still good. Bad thing is that when I walked back the open water on the main lake opened up even more with all the wind. Mostly towards the rangers dock

Glad to hear that bird got knocked on his butt. He stole about three of my fish Sunday. Smart or lazy, he eats well.

i used spikes, had success, then waxes last trip didn't notice a difference. Just squeeze the waxworms or cut them if ur looking for a smaller presentation.
I think i saw you bass bum on sunday at marsh, you were chatting with a group next to us. i was with my one buddy, we had a fun day with nonstop crappie and couple nice perch. ice fishing is fun but I'm starting to crave spring.
