I did a lot of duck/goose, and a little bit of turkey hunting this year at Octoraro Reservoir. Haven't fished it yet, but was wondering if there's any action over there lately for largemouth. Does anyone know if there's any pike, muskie, or smallmouth in there as well? -Aaron

Fished it several times the past month, been away a lot lately however. Its been kinda slow, less than a dozen bass in a normal 6am-1pm trip. Decent sized ones though up into the 5 lb. range. There are both Muskie and smallmouth. I broke off one of the biggest Muskies ive seen there this summer. Sucked in my jig and broke my line in a flash and slowly continued down the bank. As for smallies, theres a pretty decent population of them, biggest i can recall catching was just under 4 lbs. They're definatly there, just a struggle to find sometimes. You gotta keep in there are several different creeks that all come together there that can help supply the lake with smallies.
