Fished Marsh Creek Thursday after work. Very windy - I was casting a Yo-Zuri jerkbait into the wind. Caught approx 30 LM (1-2 pounds) in a two hour period. Threw them all back of course.

Are those types of responses (Ed) typical of this post? Is it really that hard to believe?

Yes, hard to believe.
And if'n your gonna post a fishing report, make it a report. What water temp? What water clarity? What depth were you in? What depth were the fish? What color lure? Was it sunny?
I was at MC yesterday. Fished from 8am until 2pm. Caught 5, 2 keepers all on a c-rigged pumpkin 7" Zoom lizard fished on the outside grass line in the park office cove. Water was murky, 64 degrees.

Ed, sorry my post upset you.
Fished from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on 5/5. Cloudy, casting into steady NE winds - 18 knots. Water clarity murky @ 61 degrees. Cold front approaching. Very erratic retrieve, fishing a depth of 4-6ft with a suspended Yo-Zuri Greenback Crystal Minnow. Reaction strikes occurred during a short pause after bumping rocky cover from the east launch. Caught approx 30 LM (1-2 pounds) in a two hour period. Threw them all back of course.

Hey Mark, Your post was fine. Don't let replies like that bother you. Now if you said you caught 30 fish and they where all over 5 lbs then I wouldn't believe you!

i can believe it, and besides its still a little on the early side to be fishing a lot of plastics especially lizards, so i can see why you would only catch a couple (ed) as opposed to using crank baits and catching a lot. if the fish are still on the beds, then they are going to be aggressive and might pass up a lizard while they would stomp a faster retrieved crank bait. just my opinion
