Stopped by Strube today, and there were three guys fishing on the ice. One fellow was straight out from the parking lot, almost half way to the dam. Two separate guys were on the right side of launching ramp about half way to the culvert, but closer to shore. Also several kids were passing around a hockey puck out and to the right of ramp. When I was leaving two cars came in that had ice boats on the top of there cars. Didn't stay to see if they went out.

I was there right after you I guess. Ice boats went out. Ice fisherman stayed close to shore but wandered pretty far. That one guy ended up pretty close to the dam.

Was there today and surprised at the ice thickness, 5-6 in. Caught lots of small stuff but was able to get a few decent gills and crappies.

Just came back from Struble and caught a few gills and perch. Some were decent but many dinks.

Don't think there is. Nice to hear there's some walleyes. Is the lake still frozen solid after the wind?

Yea Brad, good ice there everywhere. I was there today. All the dink perch you can shake your pole at and every so often a respectable crappie and a few gills here and there. That place must be over populated with perch.

rumor has it that if you can find the old road that runs along the bottom of the lake your half way to catching a walleye.

Might have just been the last one! Havent seen or heard of any muskies out there in the last 5+ years....Would be neat if there were some but I dont hold much hope for that.
