For you guys who fish tidal waters, such as Atlanitc shore, Maryand shore, Delaware Bay, Lower Delaware River, below Conowingo Dam down to the bay, etc., you need to obtain this NOAA license. Here's the catch, if you sign up before Jan 1st, IT IS FREE. After Jan 1st there will be a $15.00 fee for this license. The link below alows you to sign up and print out a temporary license www.countmyfish.noaa.gov/register/anglerForm.jspQuestions on this license click on this link: www.countmyfish.noaa.gov/register/frequentlyQuestions.jsp

Thanks for the link. I've been meaning to register for a few weeks and finally took a couple of minutes to fill out the form. It was quick and easy, and they give you a temp card to print out. They will send out a laminated card within 30 days of registering.
