I actually have a lot of interest in this. I am new to fishing but LOVE fly fishing. That is pretty much all I do now. I have wanted to target musky at Marsh Creek but I do not have the right gear, knowledge, or experience and I didn't want to kill one of them, etc. I may reach out soon to set something up.

I would love to take my 71 year old father but there is no way he is casting 100 times.

Hello I apologize about the delayed response, I was unaware of some of the prerequisites necessary to get my guiding license. I will be getting my CPR and First Aide certificate this winter. Which will allow me to get my guiding license for next year, I will begin taking people out next spring. Thank you for your interest jmmpitt83, I have no experience with fly fishing but would be happy to put you on some good spots if you would like to use your own tackle. We would have to do some research into what kind of leader you would need to not get bit off.

I was more just giving you a background of myself and my experience. I would probably want to use what you think is good.

In order to guide someone fishing for a "fee" in Pa you must be a licensed guide through the Pa Fish and Game commission. Certain criteria must be met and a guide fee paid.

To thehammer0711 we could use shiners from Gordon's for bass, but it is very unlikely to get any attention from Muskies. I do Have a light set up that I use with a smaller single blade bucktail that is very castable. I have caught many muskies and a few giant large mouth on this set up.

jmmpitt83 I would recommend a bait caster however I have spinning tackle as well. Have you looked at the website? I would be interested in what you think... Also I am going to be adjusting my pricing down. I am sorry if I got your hopes up about going out this fall, but i will honor a $50 discount off the new pricing in the spring for your patience.

I would love to catch just (1) eventually so I would wait for the spring for sure.

blink I am now aware of all of criteria that need to be met, that is why I will be postponing any trips until the spring. Thank you for making sure I am following all of the guidelines laid out. I really do understand why they exist and look forward to keeping anglers, fish, and habitat safe
