I just have no luck there....3rd time this year and ZERO FISH.
Last 2 times i took my kayak out looking for catfish. I must have fished half the "no wake" side of the lake. Water is warm and green. You can only see about 1 foot into the water.
Anybody have any luck?

Most of my fishing is in the lower(main)lake generally the water is somewhat clearer although later in the summer it too will be green. I don't target cats or carp, but I do get a few cats on plastics, crankbaits and other "bass" lures. I also see some carp and carp trails as I walk the shore.... I fish early in the AM before most people are there.
