I fished marsh creek all day. Started in carpenters cove and it was really slow. No morning bite on my end. Lots of fish marked but most were window shoppers. A few dink perch and crappies and 4 nicer ones that I kept. Moved to the West side around 3pm and didn't have much luck there either. Again, no sunset bite. The fish were just being stubborn, at least for me today.
The whole lake seems to be about 4 inches, with spots deeper in the coves up to about 6 to 8 inches. Get it while you can, I seriously doubt it will make it through the week with the warmer temps in the forecast.

I walked into carpenters around 11 today think that was you I passed sitting there on my way in. Had a few perch early then slow. Was a pick on flags with some decent fish but enough to keep you paying attention. Didnt mark crap til about 3. Wish I could have stayed in the dark as the screen lit up around 430. Ended up a decent day, didnt keep any but would have had a solid dinner if I did. Was a pretty nice day out there overall and a nice sunset too.
