Strange morning .... Lots of Alewivies up on top early but nothing bothering them. Tried topwater and worm = nothing. For some reason I tied on a fake Rat-L-Trap.... 1st fish about a 15" channel, 2nd fish about a 3.5lb Smallie, 3rd fish a pretty nice Pumpkinseed, 4th fish I lost but it had some weight and 5th fish was a scrappy little green sunfish... LOL. Only snapped 1 pict.

Normal size - about 3" silver/blue weight(IDK).... I think it's a Cabela's version....The Pumpkinseed was the surprising one..LOL I've caught cats on them before(not real often) and the Green sunfish will attack anything(I call them piranhas). I don't usually throw them till the fall when this years baitfish are closer in size or if the water is muddy(wasn't)

Silver blue is my favorite combo. Like it even better than crawfish color.
