Boaters beware. I took my son to Chambers yesterday and before dropping my boat in, I took him over to the dock to wait for me. I notice someone had wedged a beer bottle, straight up, on the ramp. It was far enough down that they had to wade in the water to do it and it was wedged between the concrete, so I'm pretty confident that it was done intentionally. Thankfully I was able to find a stick that was about 4' long that I could stick in the bottle and pry it out. Of course, we put it in the trash where it belongs.
We were there from 730 until 10 or so. Warmest temp I found was 52 and only had a couple bites that I assume were panfish. The bass don't seem ready to play just yet. But we had fun anyway.

I hope the game warden was in the woods with binoculars watching that day. You know they do that hoping to catch illegal activity. I hope they get caught Chambers is definitely the best lake around. It's only needs 1 thing to improve it and that's walleye walleye and more walleye.
