Video- Youtube    Scotts Run has thin ice on most of the lake, with an older heavy section at the boat ramp. 

Hopewell looks thin also, unknow if any one has been out on the ice??  No sign of any ice fishing that i can see, today at 3pm.

Scotts Run Lake- Open at boat ramp and dam. Some ice remaining on the upper part of the lake. If wind picks up,it may break loose and float down? Enough open water to give it a try.

Hopewell Lake - Ice at boat ramp*. Open water down by the pool, but i don't think a boat can get to it today? May get better in a few more days of warm weather?
